The bitmapwin.app/launch page is the Launch Grandstand—a live, 3D voxel spectator stadium counting down to the full BITMAPWIN launch.
Here is what is happening inside:
The Crowd: 480 real Bitmapper wallets hold permanent seats in the arena, mapped from earliest visitor activity. The front row (seats #1–100) is Founders Row. Each avatar renders with their actual on-chain BITMAP Pixel face, club hairstyle (Marauders, Emporium), and their held BITMAP flag. 🟧⛳️
The Stage & Jumbotron: Above the stage, a massive one-sided CRT screen streams Elevated Dabber’s live broadcast (bitmap.stream) alongside community sponsor banners.
Floor Staff: Inscribed 3D canonical Biternam crew members (Dev9, Anchorman, Tornado, Dabber, BOP, Mr. Shiddy) patrol the floor in orange staff gear.
Interactive Mini-Mechanics:Claim / Sit in My Seat: Wallet holders prove ownership via a BIP-322 signature to sit in their reserved spot and refresh their look.
Seat Inspector: Tap any seat to see their wallet, held BITMAPs, and dossier.
Popcorn Minigame: Buy popcorn for 30 BIT from the wardrobe and throw kernels at the stage screen with a live hit counter.
Arena SFX: Retro synth sound effects (airhorn, crowd chants, popcorn pops, stadium organ).

Ord 0.29.1 is now available! A couple of notable changes:
- Correctly deserialize Bitcoin Core RPC responses containing anchor outputs
- New recursive endpoint `/r/block/<QUERY>` that returns the entire block
Share and enjoy!

📙 you can now build a full bitmap index on-chain with the LiveOCI dashboard
📚 [Local Indexing] tab: pulls inscription IDs, u can also enable images, blocktributes, sats etc
🔎 use [Compare] tab to diff check an outside index (.csv or json)

My good bitmap Emporium people!
To those who are still around I reach out.
We never leave our people behind.
Never.
I will now do my best to build you a home and tools you all deserve.
You are now free from your master, you are the bitmap people now.
Expect generosity and look no further.
Be free, embody the movement.

It's time to get excited about ORD and BITMAP again.
Why?
Because /r/block just got merged!!
What does this mean?
We now have full block data through recursion!!
What problem does this solve?
TL;DR: we can now accurately draw Bitcoin Maps!
Up until this merge, it has been impossible to resolve transaction data within an inscription without knowing the txid.
That means, the full promise of Bitmap has been impossible on-chain via ord, because we cannot represent accurate transaction data.
THE SOLUTION
/r/block/ : full block hex for
One week ago, I submitted a PR issue to Ord that would allow you to fetch full block hex with one call.
It was after working with Astra to close the gap.
Originally I was going to build fetching txid from blocks, but it became clear that this would lead to thousands of recursive calls per block.
Astra suggested using /r/block instead to get the full block hex. With one call, you get all transaction data from the block. I wholeheartedly agreed. It just made sense.
I put Astra to work and it was done within 20 minutes.
I tested it on my node and it worked a charm, then I submitted my PR as an issue to ord.
Last night, Casey merged /r/block/.
So now we have full block and transaction data!
This is a game-changer for bitmap.
So this morning, I'm working on something to show what is now possible. See image for a clue.
But more importantly, the endpoint is available now for you all! This is truly an exciting moment, and will open a dam of development on Ord and Bitmap.
Use it wisely, and build procedurally. Please show Casey some Bitmap love on this historic merge. Happy building!

Close the recursive loop.
One call. The whole block.

DEAR CASEY,
Close the recursive loop.
Here I've submitted a PR as an issue (as I'm not a contributor) for the final piece of the ORD pie.
/r/block/ : return complete block hex
github.com/ordinals/ord/issu…
Right now recursion can't move cleanly from block to tx.
This is what ORD is missing. If it had this, I would consider ORD to be complete, and we would finally be able to procedurally generate the Map of Bitcoin to scale on-chain from an inscription.
/r/block/ would allow inscriptions decode locally:
txids
transactions
inputs / outputs
scripts
witness
merkle tree
This is a fundamental building block, and the missing link.
One recursive call. The entire block.

BITMAP: THE BEGINING OF A MULTIVERSE🟧👊
Urban:
"So you wanna know about Bitmap, huh? Well, let me tell you, it’s not just another project. This is the beginning of something massive. We’re talking about the birth of a multiverse on the Bitcoin blockchain—fully decentralized, fully user-owned.
Think of it this way: traditionally, metaverses have been built on centralized servers, you know? Someone else controls the keys, pulls the strings. But here? Bitmap changes everything. It’s like taking digital land, avatars, and assets and inscribing them permanently onto the blockchain. Your creations, your digital worlds—they’re not going anywhere, because they live on Bitcoin.
That’s why Bitmap isn't just another layer on top of crypto. It’s an evolution. We're creating worlds, avatars, music, even entire games like Racer.Bitmap, all inscribed right there on Bitcoin. And that’s just scratching the surface. People are building social platforms like Bitmap Pixels, creating art in Urban's Magical Gallery, and bringing the heat with action-packed gameplay in FOXXI's Bitverse. It’s like opening doors to infinite possibilities, and every door leads to a new experience.
Bitmap isn’t just for tech heads, either. It’s for anyone with a spark of creativity, for people who want to be part of something bigger than themselves. And here’s the wild part—every piece of this multiverse is owned by the user. We’re flipping the script. You inscribe your space, your identity, your creations directly onto Bitcoin. Nobody can take it away, nobody can shut it down. It’s yours—forever.
You’ve got guys like Dudeamoto, a real OG, bringing in the dojo mindset, or Boppleton, the god of Bitmap, building what might be the greatest game the space has ever seen. And Jahboble, with his insane videos and tunes about Bitmap Land—it’s all coming together, forming this rich, dynamic ecosystem.
And you know what's crazy? This is just the beginning. We’ve barely cracked the surface. People like us? We're laying the groundwork for the multiverse of the future. We’re shaping it block by block, pixel by pixel. This isn’t a trend—it’s the start of something that’ll define the next era of digital interaction, creation, and ownership. It’s the Bitmap Multiverse, and trust me, this ride’s just getting started."
Urban pauses for a second, then leans in, grinning:
"You in?"
