If you know first-hand how hard and draining having to commute 3 hours a day is for a low-income person, why would you wish that on a new grad?
Leaders should want to make the path easier— not demand your employees suffer because you did.
Yeah totally remote. I don’t mind remote workers, we have remote workers but new grads is a huge red flag they have no idea yet about the working world, about the importance of relationships in business.
I also came from an extremely low income family and background and I spent 3 hours travelling from Lincoln to Leeds everyday for my job when I graduated.
I don’t care what people say, those who want to, will find a way
We have hybrid, 2 days in the office. I have 4 offices. So I’ve created a space where it’s easier than anywhere to work at rise at seven (commute wise)

We need to be doing everything we can to turn Canada into the best place for entrepreneurs to build 🇨🇦
What's proposed in the federal budget will do the complete opposite. Innovators and entrepreneurs will suffer and their success will be penalized -- this is not a wealth tax, it's a tax on innovation and risk taking.
Our policy failures are America's gains. At a time when our country is facing critically low productivity and business investment our political leaders are failing our country's entrepreneurs.
