@PenarthCouncil Dear Penarth Council l was quite surprised to find this leaflet in a shop in Penarth, for the best dressed Christmas window, it only seems we only have 18 shops in the whole penarth, as that's how many are on the list, my business has been here 53 years, – at Cardiff, Wales
Cars parked on public walk way and cycle lane the blue sign a picture this is not a rd for cars these properties have parking at the rear of there homes

I couldn’t get the pushchair through @poorparkingCDF so I had to walk on speedy Pencisely Ave. The worst thing about this was that there were TWO child’s seats in the back and look at all the safe space to park!! 🤬
