Clayton McMillan makes seven more changes for Leinster... that's 11, 8, 7 and 7 changes so far this season Some injury-enforced but that is a lot of rotation week to week Form players like Edogbo and Gleeson yet to start back to back games this season

Oh my, this is quite the team selection - Dan Sheehan at No 8! Needs must with Doris/Conan/Ericson injured... does it become an Ireland option for November if he goes well? - JGP back fit, big boost for Andy Farrell - Joey Carbery starting, fascinating to see how he goes

I'm going to resist the temptation to tweet that this Connacht vs Saracens game is 'classic Champions Cup' But I'm certainly thinking it

Connacht's discipline is absolutely killing them That try came from Hurley-Langton putting them in a huge hole with a really cheap penalty for not rolling away Nowhere near good enough

Really good day at the office for Leinster - matched Glasgow's bonus point & bettered their points difference - Prendergast's x-factor from his own 22 changed the game - really meaty pack performance - Gunne needs to be better - Conan injury could be big - 32 pool wins in a row

Leinster haven't lost a Champions Cup pool game since October 21, 2018 vs Toulouse (28-27) 7 years, 11 months & 26 days ago They have one 31 consecutive pool game since Clermont away today is next on the list

Only night one but a big one for Champions Cup permutations Bordeaux draw 36-36 at Gloucester, only worth two points with new bonus-point rule Could be a big result for seeding later on Ref really didn't want to give a scrum penalty at the end! A cracking game to start things

Joey Carbery is in a Leinster Champions Cup 23 for the first time since May 12th, 2018 The day Leinster won their fourth Champions Cup 3,079 days later, Carbery is back in blue at 30 He was 22 when he left for Munster in 2018

Bundee Aki gets a warning for shouting at the ref 30 seconds later Bundee Aki gets another warning for shouting at the ref 30 seconds after that Bundee Aki gives away a penalty for shouting at the ref Not good

Interesting that Joshua Kenny is into the starting XV with the big guns after not being in South Africa He played the first two rounds of AIL with Terenure while Leinster were on their tour Seems an unusual bit of management

Clayton McMillan puts Charlie O'Shea on the bench despite his man of the match outing last Saturday Brian Gleeson also on the bench after a great display and Sean Edogbo isn't even in the 23 There's pressure on some experienced heads to justify their selection this weekend

That's a massive win for Munster Really impressive from Charlie O'Shea at ten in particular

Leinster stuck in a proper scrum doom cycle against the Sharks Thomas du Toit and Koch putting huge pressure on Porter and Clarkson, who has already got a yellow And Ox Nche waiting on the bench Feels like a Saturday evening rerun

Robbie Henshaw getting a turnover penalty 5m out after Caspar Gabriel snap hooks a drop goal attempt into the corner and tap tackles the Sharks ten... just how Leinster drew it up!

The Buzzometer was getting some serious readings at various points tonight 🐝 🐝 🐝 Thankfully there is a Bits & Bobs locked in tomorrow with @ConanDoherty & @RonanReigns to crunch the numbers and break down an exhaustive list of the greatest Irish goals ever scored

It might not be the greatest Irish goal of all time But it is in the top 1

Seven days after playing his 6th Springbok game in eight weeks in Perth, Andre Esterhuizen will start for the Sharks against Leinster after flying the 7,500km back to Durban Seems a bit much

Ciaran Frawley makes his Connacht debut at 10 Sean Jansen, Cian Prendergast & Darragh Murray all start Billy Bohan and Sam Illo back on the bench Much more formidable looking 23 there

Tom Stewart, Cormac Izuchukwu, Bryn Ward and Nathan Doak - who played a combined 69 minutes in the summer - are finally allowed return to action
