Many current "change management" models were created in the 1970s & don't work anymore. We must: 1) Connect change to wanted change 2) Engage influencers, not just "leaders" 3) Give all a stake 4) Have a neutral facilitator 5) Be role models: weforum.org/agenda/2022/10/o… V @Pragmadik

We need more creativity and experimentation (like this!) to discover productive responses to our new ways of working. #hybridwork
Hybrid meetings not feeling good? We're experimenting with running them as 2 meetings - 1 online and 1 offline - that come together at key points.💻 What’s worked for you?
I really like @StepTwoDesigns’ holistic approach to #hybridworkplace, balancing strategy, roles, and responsibilities across an org’s hierarchy, initiatives, and business units.
The shift to a #HybridWorkplace will require widespread transformation, so who is responsible for this? bit.ly/2Qigdob #HybridWork #HybridWorking #EmployeeExperience

On @NorthwesternU’s campus for my first @NU_MSLOC onsite in a few years. Great discussion with the program’s amazing students! And a nice detour to enjoy a little brutalism. #msloc #doec

Use the literature, convenience data, and your own pilot data to refine your understanding of the phenomena and inform your research questions and questions you might ask an interview participant.

In short, my recommendations are: read around, see what's readily available, test drive a few approaches, and THEN reach out to participants to make the most of the valuable time they're willing to spend with you. Happy researching! #ethnography #workplaceresearch✌️
