Great... They fixed some bugs! 🎉
Finally... bugs caused by the previous bug fixes, which were themselves supposed to fix the bugs in the previous update. 😂
Now, the real question is:
What new bugs will they bring us this time?
Because at The Sims, the motto seems to be:
"A bug fixed, three bugs found!"
It’s beautiful: you win on one side, you lose on the other... and sometimes, with a bit of luck, you lose on both sides. 🤣

Funny how they said they don't want to make The Sims 5 because we would have to start over with our packs, just to resell the same packs again.
It's laziness. Instead of making a new game with new packs, they're gonna sell "next gen" versions of the same packs. Don't be fooled.

They took memory cards from us and made us pay for storage. They took CDs and DVDs and made us pay for streaming. They took software you could buy once and turned it into a monthly subscription. They took ownership, convenience, and basically everything that used to be a one-time purchase… then somehow made us pay for it every month.

I don't know if this was ever avoidable but things started going off the rails when console hard drives meant the physical medium was no longer a limiting factor on game sizes.
Skyrim was 6GB because Bethesda HAD to find a way to get it on a 6GB DVD.

The fix is confirmed and pending further testing, we're hoping to roll this out on July 21st. We also don't anticipate any builds to be impacted once the fix has shipped, but are still testing all the different scenarios.
In the meantime, please try removing any flooring or platforms you have directly underneath your roofs. Once the flooring or platforms are removed, your roofs should appear normally for you again.

The ads in sims 4 thing is the most dystopian capitalist thing I’ve seen in a while. We’ve spent so much money on this game and there’s ads, micro transactions, the game is still not fixed. I don’t wanna hear anyone defending anything sims 4 from now on.
