After 7+ years my Twitter chapter has come to an end. Twitter was so much more than a job, it felt like home, where coworkers became lifelong friends. The love and solidarity tonight is a true testament of the culture Tweeps have built over the years. It's been an honor. 🫡💙
And just like that 7 years @Twitter! It has definitely been a rocky ride, but grateful for the things I have learned, products I've gotten to build, and more importantly the people I have worked with and met along the way!

So I contacted @AmericanAir via DM, almost immediately after they replied to my tweet and 13 hours later I haven't heard back from them. Quite possibly one of the worst airlines I have ever flown, horrible customer service. Never again.

My son went to his first all day camp today, first time he was out of the house for the full day, and I'm not ready for it. Not at all.
