After 20 years of incumbency, in South Africa’s most diverse city, and having to manage rapid urbanization in a wildly unequal country, the DA won handsomely with a coalition of voters that spans Constantia and Khayelitsha and everything in between. That doesn’t happen easily or by accident. Perhaps worth giving @geordinhl and the DA some credit for it.
