Finally get a chance to train with my Hyrox partner today, who i haven’t met, it’s just an easy run. As we are coordinating where to meet, we realise we stay at the same place 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Also, if you’re going to take on physically challenging hobbies, it’s really best to not drink alcohol. I’ve been in denial for very long, but the two things are not compatible. Ngalo mazwi, ndifuna ukuthi ndibuyekile for like the 100th time this year 🙏🏽

Out of the three races I’m doing, the one I’m most nervous about is Deadly Dozen. I promised Kwanele big things in that race and I wish I would shut my mouth sometimes 😭

i know I’m a lazy runner, my weekly mileage is extremely low (not more than 15km) but today reminded me that running gives you what you deserve. That run was awful lmao. & yes I had a few drinks & no sleep, but I’m certain it would’ve sucked regardless & that’s whats scary😭😭
