There’s a hidden world behind our intentional clicks and taps 🗣🏔The world of first- and third-party requests. To uncover that world, we tracked our browser-activity for our new #sonification, check out our echo in the virtual world! [1/3]
With every click or tap, we send some data. 🤳 But almost every click sends our data also to other URLs. Some are necessary to give you what you want. But others use your data for advertising and business. In that way, we create an unintentional echo in the virtual world. [2/3]
For this #sonification, we used SuperCollider to create new synths that imitate the sound of the virtual world. We also use samples to represent clicks and taps. In @sonic_pi we brought data and sound together. [3/3]
