Did you meet Buzz Aldrin when he visited @spacecentre?
As we wish Buzz a very happy 95th birthday today, we take a look back on the amazing day he visited the Centre with some of the team who helped make the visit such a special occasion. spacecentre.co.uk/news/our-s…
Word of the day is 'spigot': a short metal rod which connects the base plate to the foot or ankle of a mannequin, providing support and stability.
'Bum Spigot': like a spigot, but up the bum.
Example: Our Curator used a bum spigot to display Buzz Aldrin's underwear.
