Johto's real problem isn't the level curve, it's the region's utter disdain for its own Pokémon. The Johto League doesn't make even a half-hearted attempt to prominently feature Johto Pokémon, and, for you, the player, the availability of many Johto Pokémon is terrible.

I finally finished persona 3 reload I can say that if someone wants to play a rpg with fun gameplay loop, incredible story, a great cast of characters, with one of the best ost of any video game and historic antagonists, don’t play this play persona 5 royal
