This is a real thing that happened btw, there’s a video. A cop hears an acorn fall onto his car, he screams and does like 3 somersaults while screaming “SHOTS FIRED” then mag dumps into his own patrol car, narrowly missing the person inside. He then yells “I’M HIT” but he wasn’t.
bears noting that it is grimly common though. this tweet is correct; a significant percentage of the time you see people insist otherwise, it’s an accidental admission
man it's really obvious really early when the website decides to algorithmically uplift a tweet. i have no sympathy at all for people who act like it's an unpleasant shock. why act like you don't have phones?
