@wbdhfw We are trying to retrieve the death certificate of my father-in-law, and your lame organization's customer care says that it will take three months for the simple digital signature to be in place, before we can download the actual death certificate! Is this a joke!?

What more does your organization need to verify after the Doctor's medical death certificate and the Municipal Corporation Cremation ground certificate have been issued and submitted to you?

I had SBI NRE account where I used to transfer my foreign savings, on which I am not supposed to pay taxes as per the RBI rules. Kindly suggest what I should do in these circumstances. I have tried to explain this earlier to your department, but have failed to make this clear.
