The hardest part of writing is sometimes removing words. A lot of words. (just cut 600 of them out of my enterprise story and it still feels too long 😅😬😩)
Having a little streak of really good interviews and really positive responses to pitches lately. 😌 (but also the occasional dream where I find out at the end of an interview my recorder wasn't on. 😂 Thankfully that hasn't happened recently)

@ChrisVanVliet getting to this one in increments, but I found his take on (I guess you would call it?) performance culture and appreciating where he's at really refreshing. As he mentioned, the mindset can be seen as complacent where someone is always ready to take your spot.
