And there you have it.👇 The answer to why Ukraine’s brutal forced conscription continues: men being dragged from their homes, snatched off the streets, seized in cafés and hospitals, and shipped off to the front lines to kill and be killed.
Because nobody wants to join the army voluntarily. Nobody.
Not even with fixed terms of service and attractive salaries.
A mere 8,500 people have signed contracts with the Ukrainian Armed Forces. That is not a recruitment success story. It is an absolute, humiliating failure.
And when recruitment fails, only one option remains: coercion. Blind, brutal, merciless coercion.
Call it what you will. Terror is another word for it.
Funded by European taxpayers. Cheered on by those chanting “Slava Ukraini!” with all the fervor of a fascist rallying cry.

In 2004, an open-source project called KolibriOS forked from MenuetOS and took an unusual approach to operating system design.
Its kernel, most drivers, and many applications were written entirely in x86 Assembly.
It has preemptive multitasking, a graphical desktop, TCP/IP networking, text editors, media players, and dozens of games. Its bootable floppy edition, complete with a GUI and several applications, fits on a single 1.44 MB floppy disk.
Older versions could run with just 8 MB of RAM.
An actual graphical operating system. On a floppy disk.

WHAT THE FUCK DID I JUST HEAR? He actually invoked the Torah to justify killing Palestinian infants. This is beyond sickening.
Rabbi Eliyahu Mali on Palestinians in Gaza :
“The basic rule in a mandatory war, in this case in Gaza, is: ‘You shall not let any soul remain alive.’”
“If you do not kill them, they will kill you.”
“The women are the ones who produce the terrorists.”
“It applies not only to the 14- or 16-year-old boy, or the 20- or 30-year-old man who raises a weapon against you, but also to the future generation. And to those who produce the future generation. There is truly no difference.”
“Today he is an infant; tomorrow he is a fighter.”
“There are no questions here.”
“Today's terrorists were eight-year-old children during the previous operation.”
“You cannot stop halfway. That is why Gaza is different.”
He used the Torah to justify his argument.

Nearly 200 years later, it's still mind-blowing.

Meanwhile, Zelensky and his crime syndicate rake in the billions. All paid for by you.

Bold and appreciated move from @GigaComputing it’s still unusual to see a motherboard vendor publicly endorse a transparent path toward openness. This signals a new era where open-source firmware becomes a 1st-class, commercially viable option for retail and data center platforms
Open-source firmware is gaining momentum across modern data center infrastructure. @phoronix recently detailed how the MZ33-AR1 single-socket AMD EPYC platform delivers strong scalability, high memory capacity, and a forward-looking path toward firmware openness.
GIGABYTE MZ33-AR1 supports AMD EPYC 9005 / 9004 series processors (up to 192 cores, 500W TDP), offering 24 DDR5 DIMMs, 4× PCIe Gen5 x16, dual 10GbE, and full BMC management, enabling flexible deployment for compute-intensive workloads.
The platform is actively advancing toward open firmware adoption with openSIL + Coreboot and future OpenBMC support, making it one of the few retail EPYC 9005 motherboards with open firmware potential.
