You’ll make mistakes. Try not to make the same one twice.

Young has a sweet lefty swing.

⁦@Cubs⁩ was Bellinger traded between innings?

Mastrobuoni might be fundamentally one of the worst I’ve seen in the majors. I guess Ross sees something.

David Ross, postgame after the Cubs 8-6 loss to the Pirates: “That’s not a good team that just took 2 out of 3 from us. Or not our caliber of team I believe. We have to turn it around. Its on me. Its on the guys in the room."

Maybe it’s time for Ross to get tossed and show these guys he has their backs.

When you can throw 99 always throw a hanging slider instead. #cubs

Why did that look like the first rundown Mastrobuoni has ever been a part of his entire life? #Cubs

Cubs lose 5-4 so Swanson feels even worse about his error.

I would think this is Hendricks last home start as a Cub.
44
Seriously folks, who are the Cubs beating in a playoff series?
55
Not much margin of error with nothing but 2 out rallies

Two more wild pitches and the game is tied

Would @JimDeshaies please stop, these games are depressing enough without hearing his witticisms.
41
You can blame the pitching but the cubs ability to execute key pitches has been terrible.
48
Swanson and Bellinger look exhausted. Whether they are the thing we know is they’ve never played this many day games in a season.
55
I am sad that @LieutenantDans7 is still in that try to pull mode. That first pitch should have been at least hit somewhere to right center. Fans like me think it’s so easy, but I’m sure no one is working at it harder than Swanson.

Poor Ryan Poles. His dream job has now become a nightmare and unfortunately he will probably be one of the people who takes the fall.

Tonights lineup and performance by Cubs in a crucial game is how managers get themselves fired.
