side effect: progress metrics EXTREMELY spiky now > 99% of days, nothing happens except in my head > 1% of days, all progress suddenly becomes visible stuff like 0% to ~99% functionality in a couple days maybe we need better progress metrics

you can diagrammatically take a reverse derivative of a pure programs (pic), but finding a reverse map that propagates "gradients" well is really hard IME

Apple's latest innovation is, wait for it, a multiuser iPad. How about just not artificially restricting iPadOS to a single user? HomeView looks great, but that's just because iPadOS should be multiuser.
