Digital sexual assault via AI-generated deepfakes inflicts lasting trauma on women and children far beyond any initial online post. xAI must be held accountable for these repulsive actions allowed on their platform.
California has zero tolerance for sexual abuse and will continue to encourage responsible innovation that safeguards our communities.

xAI’s decision to create and host a breeding ground for predators to spread nonconsensual sexually explicit AI deepfakes, including images that digitally undress children, is vile.
I am calling on the Attorney General to immediately investigate the company and hold xAI accountable.

AOC's bill to allow victims of AI porn to sue for damages (Defiance ACT) just passed the Senate by unanimous consent.
It now goes to the House for final passage.

these non-consensual sexualised images have *realism* because they are to some extent *transparent*. This philosophical concept explains why so many women (and children) feel a sense of violation and why these images are so wrong even though there is no 'physical' violation 👇

Somebody took my photo Elon on X and put cum on my mouth and posted it for the world to see. Another one posted cum all over me. I reported it. I spoke to cops about it. It broke Florida law.
And nothing happened to those accounts that did this to me.
This is what should have happened with the DA, and X shouldn't allow these accounts to do this.
The DA can make an example out of these people. Florida Statute § 784.049 (Sexual Cyberharassment)
•This statute explicitly addresses the non-consensual publication of sexually explicit images.
•Key elements:
•A person depicted in a sexually explicit image (taken with consent) may reasonably expect that the image will remain private.
•“Sexually cyberharass” means: publishing to an Internet website or disseminating through electronic means a sexually explicit image of a person that contains or conveys the personal identification information of the person depicted without that person’s consent, contrary to their reasonable expectation of privacy, for no legitimate purpose, and with the intent to cause substantial emotional distress.
•“Sexually explicit image” means any image depicting nudity (per statute) or a person engaging in sexual conduct as defined in § 847.001.
•Penalties:
•First offense → Misdemeanor of the first degree.
•If prior conviction or subsequence for sexual cyberharassment → felony of the third degree.
•If committed for pecuniary or other financial gain → felony of the third degree (or second degree for second or subsequent offense) under certain subsections.
•Also provides civil remedies: victim may bring civil action for injunctive relief, actual/punitive damages, attorney’s fees.
I'm just saying..something has to give, and I have the accounts that did this to me. While they claim I am trying to hurt them, and I didn't. They did this to me and want to become the victim.

Written the Sunday Read with Amelia Gentleman about how Grok was used to abuse women. And no, it’s not just about bikinis

Incredible reporting from Grok here

Based on reports, Ashley St. Clair's X Premium was revoked after she publicly criticized Grok for generating sexualized images of her without consent, including childhood photos. This led to the loss of her blue checkmark and monetization. X hasn't officially commented.
It’s really funny cause I was very publicly opposed to Elon on H1B in December 2024, months before the public scandal. Nobody said I was bitter because 1) I was objectively correct, and 2) their pea brains weren’t given the talking points on me yet
can someone explain how 0.26% of the population potentially playing women’s sports is a threat worthy of executive order from the president but the twitter mechahitler robot that makes child sexual abuse material + distributes it publicly is not
But here u are
are we really doxxing the kindergarten of the child whose mom was just gunned down by ice

I am a lawful free speech advocate. Child porn isn’t free speech. It’s criminality. X is not above the law.
