SEBI last amended the Buyback Regulations on Feb 7th 2023 wherein it allowed companies the flexibility to revise buyback price till 1 day prior to the record date. Revising buyback price was not allowed until this amendment. Full amendment here - sebi.gov.in/legal/regulation…
