When the Emperor deceives us, it is in our best interest
Hey, whoever you are. I’m not an influencer. And I AM outraged. These materials are directed at CHILDREN. I don’t care WHO mailed them. It’s not okay. And that is exactly why we are digging to find out who is responsible. I literally do not care whether you claim to be on the right or the left. Teaching minors how to leave their state to pursue gender transition procedures and how to seek emancipation from their parents is ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT. Little kids check the mail. Parents have every right to know who is sending these materials to their homes, who is funding them, and why children are being targeted. This is predatory, no matter how you look at it.

Good luck knocking on the door of an empty office building that serves as the shell corporation capitol of America
WFAA Investigative Reporter Tanya Eiserer has landed in Sheridan, Wyoming, and is on the way to the address where the Texas Transgender Student Union LLC was registered.

PHP stands for Programming Hurts People
We’re two days away from the mainstream political press asking the big question: which voting machines and software is vulnerable to malicious code due to this PHP vulnerability?

Wanting to know who ratfucked Texas politics is clearly tied to a yearning to weaponize ratfucking.
I have the requisite interest in who pulled the mailer stunt. But this performative heightened obsession over finding a culprit is clearly tied to a yearning to weaponize it.

Public deception is okay as long as I agree with the purposes of the public deception
Now that this carries the possibility of conservative mischief, notice who pursues it with furious gusto. We can’t find the Dobbs leaker, but we’ll find the scoundrels who sent out an essentially accurate portrayal of the trans agenda.

The GOP Transed My Kid
theoretically there's at least one kid that hadn't really considered being trans until they opened the mailbox, saw the mysterious transgender mailer going around in texas, and went "hey, wait a second"

An NRCC spokesperson told me that they have nothing to do with this. "It would be a violation of federal law for us to do and not have a disclaimer on it, and the amount of money you listed of us paying them on that date is definitely not worth enough to break the law."

Small update re: the Texas Transgender Student Union mailers. Snailworks, the company that provided mail tracking services for the mailers, denies sending them but will not disclose who hired them. The NRCC spent $4,677 on Snailworks on 8/27/26. TTSU was created days later.
The "Texas Transgender Student Union" that sent out mailers, which have become a major controversy among Republicans, is a real organization — but it was only formed in September in Wyoming as an LLC and is entirely separate from TENT, the organization marketed in the fliers.

I can find no record of Snailworks being paid by a candidate or PAC in Texas campaign finance disclosures. In federal filings, the only group to spend money on Snailworks this year is the NRCC, amounting to more than $57k. Since 2020, only one other candidate has used Snailworks.

I'm sure Ken Paxton will get right on it!
Last night I sent this letter to Attorney General Paxton, supplementing my original request for an investigation that I sent last week. The OAG should investigate the individuals and entities behind the text messages and direct mail received by thousands (if not millions) of Texans, determine how Texans' personal information was obtained and used, and ascertain whether any applicable laws have been violated. The investigation must follow the facts wherever they lead, without fear or favor. #txlege

Woman outraged by transgender mailers considers the possibility that sending them was "a calculated move to outrage disillusioned conservatives" and drive them to the polls, and then decides it could be "playing 3D chess while everyone else is playing checkers."
🚨My inbox has been flooded with countless messages from concerned Texas parents who’ve received the recent pro-trans mailer. Amidst the questions we don’t have answers to, have we stopped to ask WHO benefits from this? A few of my thoughts: 1 ) The LLC tied to this operation is registered in WYOMING. A RED state. 2) Why flood hundreds of thousands of conservative Texas households with a provocative mailer in the FINAL WEEK of an election-if not to piss them off and galvanize them to make their voice heard at the ballot box? 3) Why would a radical leftist entity commit campaign suicide for Talarico who is trying to distance himself from his record… and hand conservatives a reason to turn out against him in an already razor-thin race? Unless that’s the whole point. Could this be a calculated move to outrage disillusioned conservatives, drive them to the polls, and deliver a boost to Ken Paxton? What if the outrage IS the strategy? Maybe we’re looking at political incompetence. Or maybe someone is playing 3D chess while everyone else is playing checkers.

Re: Texas Transgender Student Union mailers "I’m fairly certain this was done by Republicans in an effort to anger you enough to make you vote. Have we become so desperate to secure votes that we are willing to compromise our morals, values, and principles to get them?"
After digging into this for two days… I’m fairly certain this was done by Republicans in an effort to anger you enough to make you vote. Have we become so desperate to secure votes that we are willing to compromise our morals, values, and principles to get them? Children were sent materials explaining how to pursue emancipation from their parents and directing them to resources that could assist them with gender transitioning. We are talking about minors, including children who may already be struggling with questions about their identity, being given information about potentially life-altering decisions without their parents necessarily knowing. If anyone is willing to excuse this simply because they believe it might benefit their political side, we have a much bigger problem. Children are not political pawns. Their vulnerability should never be exploited for a vote. We cannot claim to care about protecting children while abandoning those principles whenever doing so becomes politically inconvenient. If winning requires us to compromise the very values we claim to defend, what exactly have we won? Nothing. I’m disgusted.

"The right-wing grifters responsible for sending these mailers to our children think voters are desperately stupid and that Paxton’s only shot at winning is creating outrage with dirty tricks - not exactly the talisman of a strong campaign or good candidate "
Two things can be true at once 1. The ideas in this pamphlet are monstrous and should be ripped out of public discourse root and branch, along with anyone who earnestly supports them 2. The right-wing grifters responsible for sending these mailers to our children think voters are desperately stupid and that Paxton’s only shot at winning is creating outrage with dirty tricks - not exactly the talisman of a strong campaign or good candidate My exhortation - If you’re voting Paxton, do it because you genuinely believe he’s the better candidate, not because you fell for some dumb false-flag mailer
