Got asked to go on TV today to debate whether we landed on the Moon. While I support media coverage of space, this is unacceptable as a discussion in 2018. More needs to be done to improve STEM literacy for journalists. It is not ok to debate science fact.

Here they come: politicians jumping on the football bandwagon when it suits them. We all know you don’t give a monkey’s about the sport until you want to bask in any reflective glory. Bore off Boris. teapawt.org/borisjohnson/status/10…
So proud of the team - they’ve done our country proud. Will come home to a much deserved heroes' welcome. 🦁🦁🦁 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Fairly stark but I would say accurate assessment of #BrexitShambles. What’s most depressing is that it takes an American to succinctly point out that the Leavers dogma has long since overridden any common sense. teapawt.org/davemacladd/status/101…
THE most brutal assessment of #BrexitShambles by the US embassy in London - the economy is gonna tank - the British Government isn't interested in telling people they got it wrong - worst kind of inflation - Brexit ends up not helping people - leavers are absolutely terrified

If extra cash for the NHS is going to require tax rises, then it can't be described as a Brexit 'dividend' - can it ?

Polls now show clear majority for Remain. Especially the young – the very people whose future is at stake. The Brexit fanatics are now running scared their lollipop is going to be taken away. Scare them some more on the march in London, June 23rd. bit.ly/2LoHiht

I challenge anyone to find a single mention of the word "corruption" in any UK news broadcast in any week despite the fact that what we see from the UK government is one example of corruption after another teapawt.org/thatginamiller/status/…
Theresa May under fire for planning to overturn all 15 Lords defeats on EU Withdrawal Bill ina one day sitting on 12 June. This isn't Parliamentary sovereignty, this isn't taking back control - this is about the will of a dangerous dictatorial Govt. independent.co.uk/news/uk/po…

If you are sick of Brexit... ... the answer isn’t “just get on with it” as it will just get worse. The answer is to ditch the failed project and take a fresh view.

Never forget. This man asked people to vote on #Brexit. Without defining what Brexit meant. Without carrying out any projections of consequences. All in an (unsuccessful) attempt to settle an internal Tory party feud. He then knighted all his mates and f***ed off into the sunset.

House of Lords has voted in favour of continued membership of the Single Market by majority of 27. Hugely important victory for common sense on Brexit

Let's be clear. There is no majority in the House of Commons for leaving the EU with no deal.

Matt Hancock just said leaving EU would enable us to strike deal with ‘our biggest trading partner the US.’ No, our biggest trading partner by far is the EU - nearly half our trade. He sounded as if he didn’t believe a word he was saying - or on immigration. @BBCr4today

"The UK defence department is having “early discussions” on whether Britain could launch its own satellite system to break its dependence on the US system and its possible exclusion from the Galileo military application." This is the kind of madness that #Brexit is breeding.

How many Brexiters does it take to change a lightbulb? One to promise everyone a brighter future and the rest to screw it up. (Courtesy of a distinguished Tory anti-Brexiter!)

I want to be able to keep my EU citizenship next March. If Farage, Johnson & Rees-Mogg want to give up theirs, no probs. But they shouldn’t be allowed to strip the rest of us of ours - a human rights issue. Lords will debate a proposal on these lines on EU Bill next week.
