Anyone see Bob Dylan at the @CBSArena and feel underwhelmed? From the back it was a weird gig. Couldn't see the band - lighting was awful and no atmosphere. Better at the front. Also, was I naive to think he might play a couple of his hits and at least acknowledge the crowd 🤷

The achievements of Robins under the worst conditions make him our greatest - that can't be topped. Jimmy Hill achieved legendary things, as did Snoz and Curtis. Leading the Sky Blues back to the top flight a quarter of a century after dropping out is right up there though!

Remarkable story of the Sky Blues. 1, Frank Lampard’s transformative management: 17th when he arrived, now top of the Championship, organised defence, no goals conceded in 4 (gk Rushworth smart loan signing from #BHAFC, unbeaten in 433 mins), good attacking football, scored 12 in last 3. 2, players responding and delivering. Lampard’s coaching and people skills seen in improved form of, amongst others, Dasilva, Torp (5 goals) and Thomas-Asante (5 goals, 3 assists). Haji Wright scored 8 in Championship, even scored 2 for USMNT v Australia in Colorado. Even if he tires v Rovers, Simms can come on. 3, Doug King’s transformative ownership, investment in squad, holding on to players (Rudoni when Southampton and Newcastle interested), investment in training ground, buying the ground. 4, brilliant support, loyal through the bad times, huge turnouts at Wembley in Cup (38,000 for United semi) and play-off (40,000 for 2023 final). Statement from the BCFC Official Supporters Club We are outraged by the ticket prices for the upcoming away fixture at Coventry City - £45 for adults and £35 for U18s is nothing short of daylight robbery. Football has to be affordable and accessible to all supporters — not priced to profit from fans, especially the younger fans and families. These prices are unacceptable and show a complete disregard for the match going fan. The EFL and the incoming independent football regulator must take action. Away ticket prices have to be capped at £30 to protect the game’s future and ensure fairness for travelling supporters across the country. Supporters are the lifeblood of football.
