Tonight’s club run after my recovery run last night went quite well! @RunComPod I can now tackle all stairs with ease!! 😅

What a day! Loved the York marathon and smashed my predicted gold time by getting 4.06!! So pleased @RunComPod great to see @SStrath58072 at the start, who smashed it too!! That hill at the end though!! 😅🙌👏👏👏

Pre marathon parkrun timing role today in the cold sunshine at Selby @RunComPod no errors and looking forward to the meet up now! 👏👏👏
