GRAPHIC IMAGE: It’s been ten months. 10 months since they burned our families alive. 10 months since they executed teenagers at a festival. 10 months since they murdered babies and children. 10 months since they kidnapped Holocaust survivors and toddlers. Never forget how this war started.

We’re waiting for you, all of you. A deal is the only way to bring all the hostages home- the murdered for burial and the living for rehabilitation. #BringThemHomeNow #TurnTheHorrorIntoHope

Rabbi Menachem Shemtov of Chabad of Georgetown was in a Lyft when the driver told him he "didn't like his energy," stopped the car, and beat the rabbi while he had his keys in his hand. The rabbi now has lacerations on his face. According to NBC4 Washington: "Shemtov says he was wearing a yarmulke and believes the assault had something to do with his Judaism, but D.C. police say they are not investigating it as a hate crime. “He told me to go out of the vehicle,” Shemtov said. “I’m very visibly a Jewish individual. I’m very proud of my Judaism. I wear my religious articles very visibly and proudly, and then more than that, he then chases after me and physically assaults me.” To me, this screams "hate crime." Unfortunately, Uber and Lyft have a very bad track record when it comes to antisemitic drivers. When I was in an Uber one time, and we passed a group of Haredi Jews with black hats on, the driver turned to my husband and I and said, "Did you know the Jews make children's blood into matzo ball soup?" He went on, "Time Magazine said Hitler was a great man..." After that, I started using the Jewish-run car service in my neighborhood for rides. I know who my driver is going to be and that I can trust them. I know not everyone has that luxury, but I seriously urge you to find alternatives, even if it means taking a traditional cab company and spending a few more dollars. I am saddened that this 29-year-old Chabad rabbi, who no doubt does good deeds and whose life is all about serving others, was targeted. But I am also proud of Chabad for being visibly Jewish in time when so many of us are scared to do the same. Their bravery is a model for us all. I wish the rabbi a speedy recovery.

“I want people to understand and acknowledge what happened — sexual violence is not freedom fighting. Sexual violence is not resistance. I think when people remember and think about what happened, they get there.” Thank you @sherylsandberg for speaking up when so many have been silent. #BelieveIsraeliWomen 🔗 thetimes.co.uk/article/shery…

Irene Shashar, survived the Holocaust as a five year old by fleeing through a sewer to the Aryan side of Warsaw where she was hidden. Today, she lives in Israel and shared her story and its lessons at the @Europarl_EN in honor of #HolocaustRemembranceDay. “I did believe that I had paid the price, and yet my grandchildren must pay to defend their right to life in a Jewish state. There are still 136 hostages, dead or alive in the hands of terrorists. Friends I ask for your solidarity and support to see these hostages reunited with their families.” Listen to her words. #BringThemAllHome 📸 @Assita_Kanko

“When my father enters a room, he lights it up like sunshine,” says Natalie, Luis Har‘s daughter. His joy of life, optimism and lighthearted nonsense endear him to everyone. Not to mention his fantastic pizza! Luis is a devoted father and a dedicated and playful grandfather. A loving husband, married for twenty two years to Clara, who was abducted with him to Gaza and was released a few weeks ago. His four children, ten grandchildren, Clara and his many friends long for him and are deeply worried about him. We must bring Luis back home. Now. #BringThemHomeNow #WeWillNotStopUntilTheyAreAllBack

"I will see the world" These are the words Bipin Joshi (23) said to his mother before boarding a plane from Nepal to Israel as part of a program for students specializing in agriculture. This was his wish- to travel to a distant and unfamiliar place, work in harvesting, and experience a new culture. Israel was supposed to be the first step in a journey to new discoveries. On October 7th, during the sirens, Bipin hid in a shelter with his friends from the program. When terrorists entered the gates of Kibbutz Alumim and reached their living quarters, they first fired through the walls, then threw a grenade into the room. Bipin rushed towards the grenade and managed to throw it outside the shelter, saving his friends lives in this courageous act. However, he couldn't reach the second grenade in time, it exploded in the room, causing severe injuries to everyone in the room. In the security camera footage of the kibbutz, Bipin is seen being led violently through the orchards towards Gaza. The same orchards where he studied and worked, where he was photographed smiling and excited about the new chapter in his life. Bipin arrived to Kibbutz Alumim just three weeks before October 7th. He settled in with his friends in the living quarters and practiced the quiet life among the kibbutz paths. In the evenings, the group joined the Thai agricultural workers karaoke parties, where Bipin showcased his talent of rapping, he particularly loves Tupac and Nas. In distant Nepal, Bipin left behind parents and a sister who refuse to give up hope. “Every passing moment without the news of where our son is, whether he is even alive, is pushing us to the brink.” says his father, Mahanand Joshi, Bipin dreamed of seeing the world, but instead, he is held in the dark. He has so much life to live ahead of him. In the last message he sent to his cousin on that Saturday, he wrote, "If something happens to me, take care of my family. Be strong and keep hope for the future." We hold onto hope for the future, a future where Bipin returns. Healthy and whole. Bring Bipin home now. #BringThemHomeNow #WeWillNotStopUntilTheyAreAllBack

There is no such thing as a “humanitarian” ceasefire‼️ What it should really be called is a “Hamas-saving” ceasefire. We aren’t stupid. Stop hiding behind your suits and diplomatic wording. You don’t give a damn about Israel and her future. Nor do you care about the hostages. This is what I emphasized to the UN: this distorted resolution has one goal - to secure Hamas’ continued rule in Gaza! We will not let this happen. Watch and retweet >>
