Peter Obi calculating the number of nursing schools those Prado money will equip.
Tinubu let him walk free and still run for the Senate because he wants his support in Kogi for the 2027 presidential election. That’s how power-hungry the old man is.
TINUBU HAS TO GO FOR RULE OF LAW TO WORK IN THIS COUNTRY..

COURT DATE: Thursday, October 29th. Federal High Court, Abuja. 9AM.
Some weeks ago, KaaTruths Podcast Ltd and I dragged @MTNNG, @AirtelNigeria, Glo, MultiChoice @DStv and the FCCPC before the Federal High Court in Abuja through a group of lawyers led by Ogbaga Ogba Immanuel. We are claiming N50 billion in damages over consumer rights violations.
This Thursday, that case comes up.
We will be holding a press briefing at the court premises before proceedings begin. If you believe in this fight, be there by 9AM.
In case you are just catching up, here is the essence of this case.
You buy data. You do not finish it before your 30 days are up. It expires. Your money is gone.
You pay for a TV subscription. Network disruptions or a faulty device stop you from using it for days. The clock does not stop. You are still billed in full.
We are asking the Court one simple question. When you pay for data or a subscription, who owns the value you paid for, you or the company that sold it to you?
We are asking the Court to determine whether letting unused data expire simply because a date has passed is unfair and unlawful. We are asking whether consumers should lose what they paid for when the service itself was not made usable throughout the period, whether through network faults or disruption. We are challenging the absence of any real cancellation or refund options in these subscription models.
This is not an attack on these companies' right to profit. It is a demand that profit not be built on silently pocketing value Nigerians already paid for and never got to use.
Ten million small forfeitures, multiplied, becomes a very large number. That number has a face. It is every Nigerian who has ever watched their data balance vanish at midnight or kept paying for a service they could not access.
We said the era of complaining on X, Facebook and WhatsApp must end. We took it to court instead. Thursday, we find out what that looks like in practice.
Come stand with us. 9AM, Federal High Court, Abuja.
