most owners hire so they can step back, then end up spending all day answering questions instead from my experience there's basically 3 levels to running a service business, and hiring only ever gets you to the second one level 1 = you do the work level 2 = you manage the people doing the work level 3 = how the work gets done is written down, so it doesn't need you (or a manager) stood over it level 1 is you in the trenches, doing all the client work yourself, finishing stuff late at night because nobody else knows how level 2 feels like progress because you've got a team now BUT everything still comes back to you: can we discount this one? is this refund ok? which version of the proposal do I send? the client wants another change, is that in scope or not? who covers when someone's off sick? so instead of doing the work, you're answering questions about it all day (which is probably even worse, at least level 1 felt like you actually got something done) level 3 is pretty boring, it's your pricing rules written down, what you will and won't refund, the onboarding steps, what a finished job looks like before it goes to the client, and who's allowed to decide what when you're not there hiring more people won't get you there, you just end up with more people asking you the same questions because the answers still only live in your head start with the questions your team asked you this week, write your answer to each one down properly ONCE in a doc, and point them there next time it comes up

its a serious risk in late-2026 to post a breakdown of all the edge-cases you had to solve to develop your app Like genuinely that's one of the last friction points that would stop someone from developing something yes marketing is a moat bla bla but 1. not for everyone and 2. for how long?
I vibe-coded beehiiv, and it's 83% cheaper. ✨✨ Introducing MailCheap.ai ✨✨ Everything you need to run a newsletter... ✍️ Editor 📅 Scheduling 📈 Stats 🌐 A website for every issue 🛡️ Deliverability guardrails 🔗 Send from your own domain (and keep your reputation) And it's not a dinosaur tool: + It's open source; you can run it for free + It's agentic; everything in the UI is available to your AI Import from beehiiv, Substack, or Mailchimp in 2 minutes. if you run an agency: one thing I've noticed is that when your team says they can't take on more clients, it's usually not the "real" workload every time someone jumps from one client to another they're basically starting from zero, trying to remember where things are at before they can do anything useful from my experience this is what they redo every single time: 1. re-reading the whole email or slack thread to remember where things are 2. digging for notes from the last call 3. checking what was actually promised to the client 4. checking what's overdue 5. rebuilding the brief because nobody trusts the old one none of that is the actual work. it's even worse as its doubling up on work that should already be done (and you pay for it each time) so before you hire another person or drop clients, think about where the above information lives, if it's up to date, if it's easily accessible/digestible per role, if it can be proactively sent to the right person all this stuff is super easy to do with things like grok bot etc now with zero technical ability there's no excuse for an absolute minimum of 20-30% time savings here you'd be surprised how much capacity your team gets back

If you try to build something like this end-to-end in one piece it will 100% stop being used after a week Almost every tool I've built for a client will have a decent level of iteration after the first phase It's almost impossible to predict every feature that you'll need in a portal/tool/dashboard from the get-go, even WITH meticulous planning and research (not that it gives you an excuse to skip that phase - still very important) But it's even more important, especially with the power of modern AI, to track as much as you can with a tool's usage, interview your team regularly, and continuously iterate from this process entirely new concepts will emerge in your mind that would have NEVER occurred even with hundreds of hours of thinking and researching and planning because you didn't know what you didn't know, and it was only revealed through this process of creating, iterating, culling, interviewing, repeat after weeks/months you will find yourself with a tool that likely looks very different to the v1, but also 100x better
People keep asking when I found time to build our customer portal. It wasn't one project. It's one of hundreds of features I've added over the last 6 to 7 months. Every day I find something that could be better, and I change it that day. That's what AI gives an operator.

the future of gaming is a game & all its assets = an mcp that players can extensively mod & host on the games servers and make money off like roblox or even a gaming industry-standard version of an 'mcp' that allows mixing and matching of all assets which you can then monetise and it automatically shares a cut to the appropriate games assets you use like a naturally occurring metaverse without one major host/provider

At what point does a vibecoded solution become completely reasonable as any tech/bug debt that could accumulate simply isn't a problem because by the time it is, a more intelligent AI release would just simply prevent it from being a problem

i want this as an orchestrator in @t3dotcodes that manages all my projects and the agents within at once and I only interface with the one chat
My harness: UniiChat.com This is the closest to infinite context I've experienced. I've been using it for a week to organize my life and build things (including itself!), and it just keeps going. I only use it now. OSS next week, prompt to build your own below ↓

every business owner is over-complicating their own AI implementation for their business this has been a 100% hit rate to this day there has been no in-between so far they somehow over-complicate it on the simple side too

Is there any genuine work done via copilot in enterprises?

if your automations all run through a direct API connection to a single provider, you don't own your ops they do one thing i always push for when setting something up is using @OpenRouter even if you do stick to one model, the routing ability if a certain provider goes down can be the difference between thousands of $ value lost from downtime makes testing multiple models for each AI use-case an absolute breeze too with how quickly different AI models become the best in their class, it just means your entire infrastructure is as easy as possible to switch over for intelligence / cost gains

futuristic movies that showed holographic 3d interfaces that monitored autonomous vehicles were spot on with how the future will look

Humanoid robotics just crossed into a very different visual territory. 🤖⚡ This footage depicts a coordinated group of airborne humanoid machines navigating a dense forest, avoiding obstacles and transitioning from aerial movement to ground operations. The fascinating part isn’t simply flight. It’s the concept of combining: 🧠 Autonomous coordination 👁️ Environmental perception ⚡ High-speed navigation 🤖 Humanoid mmobility If machines can eventually coordinate across air and ground with this level of autonomy, robotics stops being about individual robots—and starts becoming about intelligent robotic systems working as a team. The implications would be enormous. #Robotics #ArtificialIntelligence #AI #IoT #5G #NLP #Technology #Tech #innovation #AutonomousSystems #FutureTech Cc: @jblefevre60 @Nicochan33 @pierrepinna @RosyCoaching @kalydeoo @Ym78200 @enilev @FrRonconii @CurieuxExplorer @Khulood_Almani @mvollmer1 @JoannMoretti @margaretsiegien @Shi4Tech @anand_narang @Eli_Krumova @HaroldSinnott @bimedotcom @EvanKirstel @Hana_ElSayyed @sallyeaves @SpirosMargaris @ipfconline1 @LaurentAlaus @Analytics_699 @Jeffkagan @AndresVilarino @efipm @FMFrancoise @MHcommunicate @Corix_JC @JolaBurnett @JeromeMONANGE @mary_gambara @drsharwood @smoothsale @sulefati7 @debashis_dutta @dinisguarda @devbhatt72 @terence_mills @BetaMoroney @mdrechsler @MarshaCollier @avrohomg @NevilleGaunt @PamMktgNut @arlenenewbigg

The video is not real footage of humanoid robots. No such "AIRO" coordinated airborne humanoids exist; AIRO develops drones and aircraft while real jet-powered humanoids remain limited single-unit research prototypes. investor.theairogroup.com arxiv.org/abs/2506.01125 forbes.com/sites/leslieka… eurekalert.org/multimedia/107…

Echo, for $0, just killed my custom AI model that I spent a full day and thousands of pieces of my own content training a month ago I fine-tuned a model to write like me pulled all 1,458 of my tweets, nearly 2,000 slack messages and 1,100 sent emails cleaned it all, ran the training three times, took a full day then to actually use it I have to rent two H100 GPUs, wait 5 minutes for it to wake up, and pay about a dollar every time it writes a batch of drafts today I tried Echo no training. gave it 7 of my posts. it answers in 2 seconds. and right now it's free. USE IT.
Say hello to Echo, the best writing model at style imitation. Echo beats frontier models at writing tasks ranging from fiction to technical explanations, despite costing less than $5K to train.

2% of the system is the interface that any good dev/AI dev can make at speed, but that 2% is what a clients sees, so they think its 98% done The other 98% is the security, logistics of logins, permission boundaries, etc. that they can't see I'm not sure if there's any other legitimate solution to this problem other than delaying showing the front-end, purely for their own sake🤣
