Such a horrible day for me, was in a few runners but just roundtripped or ended up selling them all in minus and soon after they fucking ripped, felt the burnout and still traded when everything was telling me to take a lil break to reset, was being reckless and acted based on my emotions. Feels that i often come back to this point where it seems that i can't take any profitable trade and that market is against me which most of the time comes from trying too hard and not taking time to rest. I must work on my discipline and that means that i should not ONLY grind but also take some time to reset and not force anything just trust in god's timing and it will come automatically. gn

Since I'm constantly running from losses and can't remember what I've learned, I'm going to start posting my trading journal on twitter more often so I have nothing to hide from and really get the lessons into my head. Jan 3 Prob my worst day oat. It all started when I saw a lot of people posting crazy PNLs, and I wanted to do as much as they were. That led to me losing discipline and not sticking to my edge, buying things I’m not good at trading. Basically breaking the rules. I have to remember that this is my story and that I shouldn't compare myself to others. Do what already works and improve on it, because why should I try to invent something new when I already have something that works. Stay disciplined and be patient. Better days ahead.
