At Strive, we know the odds are stacked against personalized care and lasting health.
But we aren't here to echo statistics.
We exist to challenge broken baselines.
DEFY THE ODDS is our call to action for every patient, every provider, and every team member at Strive to reject complacency and redefine what's possible.
Where does the KPV research actually stand? We dug in so you can walk into patient conversations with context. Watch the Strive Sessions Peptide Series replay 👇youtu.be/3INpvAum-EE?si=8ECI…
GHK-Cu LPT® has arrived.
A compounded 2 mg chewable, bisected copper peptide tablet on Strive’s LPT® liposomal delivery platform. Prescription only.
What the literature says about the molecule: GHK-Cu is an endogenous copper-binding peptide, and levels may decline with age. Published peer-reviewed papers on GHK-Cu as an active pharmaceutical ingredient describe potential support for collagen syntheses, skin health and elasticity, tissue integrity, and hair follicle support.
What it doesn’t say: anything about this formulation. No clinical studies have been performed on GHK-Cu in LPT® form specifically. The above describes the API as reported in the literature. It isn’t efficacy or safety data for this compounded product, and frankly, we won’t present it as such. Literature is a starting point. What belongs in a patient's plan is a provider's call.
Not for everyone. Not for use by people with active cancers, or by pregnant or breastfeeding individuals. Not for use in individuals with known allergies to copper compounded or peptides, or with copper metabolism disorders like Wilson’s disease. Always use under medical supervision; monitor for possible unwanted side effects and discontinue if serious symptoms occur.
Prescribers: no prior authorization required. Send a patient-specific prescription. Your Strive rep has formulation details and dosing references.
Compounded medications are specially prepared for identified individual patient needs based on a valid prescription from a prescribing healthcare practitioner and, as such, are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety or efficacy. Compounded drugs are intended for patients whose prescriber has determined their medical needs are not met by an available FDA-approved drug. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
LPT® is a United States registered trademark licensed by Strive Pharmacy.

Leadership isn't a title. It's a mindset.
One of our own is taking the stage. Rob Kahler is joining a leadership panel at HLTH 2026 on Sunday (11/15), alongside two other industry leaders, bringing Strive's perspective on people-first leadership to the conversation.
HLTH 2026 is coming up fast. Reach out to [email protected] to schedule time with our Business Development team before the calendar fills up, and make sure to visit Rob at the Strive booth, #2418.
At Strive, we believe stronger relationships can lead to better care. Healthcare should be a partnership between patients, providers, and pharmacists. We believe it should move toward personalized, patient-centered care.

Zeljana’s story is a reminder that we’re often capable of far more than we believe.
Three years ago, she struggled to run a mile. She kept showing up anyway.
That one mile became longer distances, trail races, and eventually the Sangre 50, one of the toughest 50-mile races in the country.
Her story wasn’t about being naturally athletic. It was about learning what consistency, resilience, and stepping outside your comfort zone can reveal.
Strength isn’t something you’re simply born with. It’s something you build, one challenge at a time.
Not every patient presentation needs an opioid conversation.
Low-dose naltrexone is emerging as a non-opioid compounded option across a range of concerns .
In this Strive Session, we break down how providers are putting it to work — patient selection, dosing strategies, and the considerations that matter most in practice.
