ALT Situated at the gateway into Mountain View’s new North Bayshore district, the 1001 Shoreline development is envisioned to be a vibrant community with a mixture of commercial, residential and light industrial uses that is consistent with city's Terra Bella Vision Plan. Corresponding to Mountain View’s transit, pedestrian and bike friendly policies, the proposed project replaces the existing office surface parking lot with an active public plaza with pedestrian friendly landscape elements, surrounded by 202 unit of apartments, 100 units of for-sale condominiums and a replacement office garage, adjacent to a MV Go shuttles station with easy access to North Bayshore employment centers as well as downtown Mountain View.

ALT Condominium project in Mountain View approved by City Council Earlier this month the 2645/2655 Fayette Drive project to be developed by Octane Fayette LLC near the San Antonio Center in Mountain View was approved by City Council! Located adjacent to the new Hetch-Hetchy linear park and a new mini-park across Fayette Drive, within less than ½ mile from the San Antonio Caltrain station, this project provides 44 condominium units, including five affordable units, as well as a new plaza, crosswalk, and bicycle lane lines. The project will further enhance the vibrancy of the community and the building’s massing, architectural design and high-quality materials respectfully respond to its transitional context of older neighborhoods and the contemporary San Antonio Center. The project has been successfully rezoned to be part of the San Antonio Specific Plan. It applies the State Density Bonus to achieve a density appropriate for this TOD project.
