Worst ever internet service and customer service for @excitelandTV , I got the internet recharged for full year and their service is so poor that in past 1 month internet as gone down for 4 times and the TV channels never works. #BoycottExcitel @excitel_rocks

Also the cherry on the cake is their customer care specially Purshottam and Abhishek which are trained to be inhumans and they dont want to even listen to your issues @excitel_rocks sucks

#BoycottExcitel : they sell their OTT platform without checking for feasibility and then they do not even resolve the issue. Humble request never ever take Excitel hence prepared to be cheated. #Cheaters

#BoycottExcitel today I got a call from termination team and they said if you will terminate connection no refund will be provided to you. I told them transfer rest of the time to my another @Exictel account and they refused to that . Please be aware while taking the connection

They don’t even bother for the customer , 6 times the call is escalated and even after 1 hour 6 minutes the call is still not connected. Guys don’t buy Excitel at all #Boycottexcitel
