Rabiu urged residents to remain vigilant and provide credible, actionable intelligence on suspected kidnappers and bandits, assuring them that such information would be treated confidentially. He also called on traditional rulers and community leaders to support the campaign. The commissioner appealed to media organisations to report responsibly and avoid publishing unverified information that could undermine operations or cause panic.
