Forest Service crews are fighting a fire at Coal Hollow in southeast Utah County about three miles from SR-6. It has burned about 200 acres and was started by lightning on Aug. 4.

The #DollarRidgeFire is at 56,747 acres and 85% containment. With increased temperatures, interior pockets of fuel within the perimeter continue to burn generating smoke, posing no threat to containment lines. Firefighters continue working the uncontained sections of fire line.
