TKJ marked the scrapping of Barbara's character. The Bat Office was done with Batgirl (thus Babs by extension), and TKJ established that with the horrific fridging of her character that the comic depicted. But TKJ didn’t create Oracle, Kim Yale and John Ostrander did.
