The Portland Timbers showed up today to help us pack more than 800 food boxes! 💛💚💛💚 Sunshine Division will be distributing these boxes through our home delivery program to Portlanders experiencing food insecurity.

A couple of Portland police officers stopped by our new headquarters this week to pick up food for a family that needed help. When they mentioned the family also had a dog, we made sure to send plenty of dog food.

Shoutout to the group of volunteers from Keller Williams Realty Portland Central who spent all morning packing food boxes at the new warehouse in NW Portland!

Today's Pantry Finds! We got some new items in this week at our Stark Street location, including Larabars, ice cream, yogurt, meat sticks, frozen dinners, tangerines, and pork shoulder!

Every Friday, Sunshine Division brings about 60 food bags to Community Transitional School in Northeast Portland to help ensure students have enough to eat over the weekend. It never gets old seeing students light up as they carry their food bags onto the bus ride home.

Sunshine Division is getting closer to opening our new shopping-style Free Food Market near the heart of Portland! We are SO excited to open our doors and welcome neighbors who needs food assistance to pick out groceries that best fit their needs in a warm, welcoming space.
