Hi, hello! I did the instrumental composition/orch. for this piece. It’s heavily inspired by Berlioz’s Les nuits d’ete, and you’ll find quotes from it in here. The orchestration was inspired by Debussy’s “Images” (specifically Iberia) which I first heard last year at the NSO.
