Hey @WestJet, next time a dog is in distress on one of your flights, the last thing that helps is your “trained” attendant threatening to cancel the return flight for that passenger. Extremely disappointed with your performance today.
The cherry on top of the cake was how thoroughly you managed to destroy a 6 week old piece of luggage. I guess that, because it’s Air Canada branded, you decided you needed to make a point?

I pushed a small optimization to Apollo's infrastructure. 5-7x improvement. So stoked! Try to figure out where it stabilized ;)
