this reminds me of my continuous beef with the crowds at anime con raves that hire artists who don’t care about the artist but pop off when the artist plays creepy nuts.
Ryu and Taku Takahashi’s sets at acen were great but Mermaid Girl and Divine respectively got zero pop
Went to this last night. Maybe EDM concerts just aren't my thing, but I was disappointed there were only two Pokemon songs. It was mostly music I didn't recognize with some Pokemon visuals thrown on top. You could've swapped in any other franchise and I wouldn't have known this was supposed to be a Pokemon concert. At least we got a cool swag bag.

At Magic tournaments in Connecticut they make you become a woman to use the bathroom...
Riftbound does have a very well rounded playerbase diversity, from what I’ve seen, compared to the other games I play
SCGCon Hartford coverage has been great! However, it’s been blending in with a lot of the same beats that card games like Riftbound and YGO cover, and it’s a bit stale. Maybe they could spice it up and shake up the presenters, introduce a gorilla from the moon with a tesla cannon
