Our 6th grade girls flag football intramurals keep rocking on Mondays! Great turnout, great attitudes & great plays! Seeing a ton of growth from this crew & as Nala said today, “my team really played good when we started playing together as a team”…that’s the good stuff!

Had a great kickoff event @buffalobills field house for our unified flag football season! Whole squad had a blast and got some good action in! Got a little better as a team and had some fun while doing it, thanks to the Bills for hosting the event! Go Bills!

Squares! We sold 50 instead of 100...so we doubled everyone's squares...if you bought 1, now you have 2. We cut payments in half since we brought in half the money we had targeted (to ensure our program makes a profit), but you now have double the chance to win, so that’s a wash!

We sold 50 squares at $50 for $2500 total in the pot. We will pay out $80 per game times 17 games for a total payout of $1360 to the winners by the end of the season and a profit left of $1140 for the flag football program.

That’s a wrap on 1st ever girls summer strength & conditioning program! 3 days a week all summer. Ended w/ 1 rep max’s & a ton of PRs along w/ Marisa & Eliza becoming 3rd & 4th into 500lb club joining Lila & Little E! Little E knocking on door of 600lb club! Great summer of work!
