It's been a week since I first started dabbling with Rivals of Aether II workshop, and I want to post an update. Could post any of the *51* implemented animations, any of my moveset outlines, or something normal. Instead, here's The Guys.

I only got tilts, aerials, and up special implemented currently. That said I hope to start actual playtests with other people pretty soon. Hope this all pays off!

My biggest writing peeve is when people criticize a character flaw/mistake as a writing mistake. Characters are allowed to make mistakes. They are allowed to grow. They are allowed to suffer! And when we know characters are getting more entries, are allowed to have loose ends.

daily reminder pavi is a 9 yr old child who was alone for yrs, dealing with a disability all alone & js now found out all those yrs of pain & solitude is inadvertently cs of her sister. i think pavi is allowed to be mad & immature actually, yall should give them BOTH grace😭

Posting what I think future seasons of Seven Havens will be: S2 will be Nisha unblocking Guilt, Pavi unblocking Shame S3 will be Nisha unblocking Lies, Pavi unblocking Grief, and the both together unblocking Illusion S4 is all in on Cosmic Energy

#avatarsevenhavens spoilers . i understand being mad that nisha didn't get to be the star of the final battle along side pavi, but it's literally the point of her character. we are definitely seeing more of nisha, and she will have time to overcome her fear and have a big moment

I like the idea of the Twin Avatars being because of Raava/Vaatu, because it gives them an opportunity to semi-retcon them away from good/evil and more towards order/chaos. You know, how it should have been. I don’t want to see Unalaq though, get his ass out of here LOL

Like I’m seeing a lot of theories such as Raava splitting, or clones (???). I’m just like, we are making crazy new ideas to steer away from the more logical one. I think any explanation outside of Vaatu really has to convince me. I guess that’s what makes theories fun though!

Ok, on rewatch, watching the midnight release hurt my experience by a lot. These three episodes were better than I thought! I missed an embarrassing amount of stuff, and the good stuff hit way better. Back to watching releases the morning of release, no more tired watching lol

Ep7-9 for Seven Havens was very odd. The plot is very much kicking into high gear at this point, but felt weirdly stilted compared to the first six. Episode 7 especially suffers from this. That said episode 9 was wild, and still very excited to see how this actually pans out.
