Looks like GOI has accurately assessed Indian appetite for conflict. Wrong on all counts. Warships are acceptable targets in international waters. In war, any warship is fair target- where it comes from and where it is headed for- are irrelevant. Its a professional hazard for warships. If roles were reversed, IRIN submarine would have done the same. Its war, not IFR, at the moment.
