In two months, we cut the cost of everyday services, created six local jobs, and reached profitability.
The mechanism was simple: predictable demand.
But the bigger lesson, for me as a real estate developer in Próspera, started with a $40 room cleaning
At first, I thought we were building convenience.
Weekly cleaning and car washes. Affordable meals and massages. A $75 beach club with a pool, tennis, volleyball, golf, and more.
Duna became the most convenient place to live on Roatán.
But convenience was only half the lesson.
The biggest value isn't another amenity. It's a community.
People create demand. Demand supports services, jobs, and businesses. The whole place becomes more valuable.
EverySub made life easier. Builders Node brings the people.
Opening Oct 1: buildersnode.com
Two years ago, I moved to a Caribbean island to build a startup city.
Now I’m launching a new community inside it where people can live, work, and build together.
Here’s why 🧵
It’s called Builders Node.
Starting at $1,950/month, you get a private room, 3 meals a day, ocean-view coworking, access to the gym and pool, regular activities, and a community already here.
Builders Node opens inside @ProsperaGlobal on October 1.
We have 30 places to start. We’re looking for pioneers who want to move to the frontier and help build this city with us.
Start with one month, and you’ll see why I stayed.

The largest chess tournament in Central American history is launching as part of Próspera, in partnership with @FIDE_chess
Total prize pool: 2 ₿TC
Winner: 1 ₿TC
We're looking forward to welcoming the world's top 20 chess players @HansMokeNiemann, @chessleinier, and more!
I'm organising the biggest chess tournament in Central America on Bitcoin ₿
So when you build a city, you have to think about things like how to bring people here.
@ProsperaGlobal has an incredible regulatory framework, but people usually choose a place based on convenience. And there is only one thing that beats convenience: excitement 💥 .
Excitement is different for everyone. For me, it’s chess. That’s why I want to make this city a space where the best chess players in the world want to come.
That’s why I’m launching the BTC CHESS960 CHAMPIONSHIP(btcpokerchamp.com) with the help of @infinitacity. And to make it truly intense, we’re doing it in Chess960, the format where theory gives no advantage - only your skills, understanding, and speed of thinking matter.
We’re creating the first major chess tournament in the Caribbean and the largest prize pool in Central America ever - 2 BTC.
Mark the location on your Google Maps. Prospera is about to become one of the biggest chess destinations in the world. Even for the first tournament, we already have 9 Grandmasters joining including Leinier Domínguez, Niemann Hans and many more players are signing up.
Here’s what makes it truly unique:
🔹 King of the Hill – 24/7 Bullet
This is an arena where you sit at the table, and as long as you hold your spot, you earn 21 SATS / per second ($1 per minute). It doesn’t matter if you’re playing or sleeping on the throne. This tests focus, endurance, opportunism and nerves.
🔹 Chess960
We’re using the Chess960 format, created by Bobby Fischer.
Pieces on the first rank are arranged randomly, so opening theory doesn’t help.
Only your understanding of the position, flexibility, and speed of thinking matters.
If you want to see the best games and most unpredictable battles, come to Prospera.
Come visit and you'll play with the best chess GMs in the world!!!
I’m organizing a Bitcoin Chess960 Championship with a 2 BTC prize. March 16-22 in @ProsperaGlobal, as part of @infinitacity Games.
Details: btc960champ.com.
If anyone has contacts at Chess.com or direct links to Grandmasters who might join, please DM me.
and ofc pls spread the word😉
