Good mornin X, Terrible night, no idea how much I actually slept. Pain when swallowing and coughing kept me up But no fever and apart from that no complaints, so nope... no skipping. Pre workout protocol engaged and off we go to push2 The workout was good, I was able to increase weights and reps while keeping everything clean Now it's 2 more hours of play time with my son, who is officially over the chickenpox, until my wife finishes work and I can get some rest Have a great day everyone 💯💪💯
