The Amitava Bose Lab for Economic Analysis and Policy (ABLEAP) announces the 3rd Amitava Bose Memorial Annual Workshop to be held on 21-22 August 2026 at IIM Calcutta. The workshop will include special lectures by former Dy Governor of the RBI, Prof Viral Acharya, currently at NYU Stern and the Principal Investigator (PI) of the widely used India Human Development Survey (IHDS), Prof Sonalde Desai of NCAER, who is also a Professor Emerita at University of Maryland-College Park. There are 45 presentations scheduled by speakers from across the world. If you are interested in attending, please register by scanning the QR code in the flyer by 10 August 2026. Spot registrations will not be possible.
