For years, all of my photography lived on Instagram.
When I was applying for my US work visa, I deleted my entire portfolio. Apparently, being a program manager and a professional photographer at the same time raised more questions than I wanted to answer.
Once I moved here, I thought about bringing everything back. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized that Instagram was never really the right place for my work. Nude art and platform policies don’t exactly get along.
So I built my own home for it instead.
I vibe coded my own website, and for the first time in a long time, I can share my work exactly the way I want to. No censorship. No compromises.
Looking at it now, I realize it isn’t just about having a portfolio again.
It’s about not feeling like I have to hide this part of myself anymore.

Present Tense by Medium San Diego happened today, and it was such a full day.
There were so many people that I barely had time to take photos or even sit down. I spent most of the day talking to visitors, sharing the story behind my work, answering questions, and meeting photographers, artists, and genuinely curious people.
Seeing my prints in the space was special. Seeing people stop, look, ask questions, and connect with the work was even more special.
Grateful to have been part of it.
Finally got the prints for Present Tense. Seeing my work off-screen and in physical form hits differently.
Currently vibe coding my own website. This is the most fun I’ve had building something in years.
I genuinely can’t get enough of all these new AI tools.
Some roads are long not because you’re lost.
They’re long because you’re becoming the person who can actually finish what you started.
I’m excited to share that my series Ocean of the Subconscious was selected for Present Tense Artist Talks #9 by Medium Photo.
I’ll be presenting the work on July 25 in San Diego, with a small portfolio walkthrough before the talks.
A little nervous, very curious, and grateful to be part of it.
The idea for this desert shoot has been with me since I finished my underwater series.
I think I wanted to create the opposite of it - water and dryness, depth and open space, something fluid next to something harsh.
I’ve always been drawn to contrast, probably because I’m full of it myself.
The desert felt like a natural next step.
A small update.
Some of you found my work through the NFT space, and I’m grateful for that chapter. For now, I’m no longer using this page to promote drops or sales.
I’m returning to this space as a visual diary, to share my photography, process, thoughts, open call journey, and the themes I keep coming back to: body, nature, freedom, vulnerability, and the subconscious.
After more than a year away from shooting, I finally came back to photography. I also brought to life an idea that had been waiting for more than two years - a nude photoshoot in the desert.
If my work still resonates with you, you’re very welcome to stay.

Crossing Atlantic with kid, dog and four suitcases? Nothing is impossible when you’re following your dream!
Welcome to California, baby, you’ve made it, I’m proud of you 🤍

Truth
This is what the truth looks like. When you tell the truth - you feel like you are naked in the middle of a crowd. But how easy it is to throw off the unnecessary.. clothes, opinions, masks, behavior, words. Our collaboration with @@tashaform is like a woman's monologue.. as if she were philosophizing naked sitting in the kitchen with a cigarette. I’m in love with the Tasha’s series from Lisbon, her shots have incredible energy.. that's how this series was born.
