These soybeans are the same variety planted in the same field...April 13 vs May 11 planting date. April 13 soybeans saw some cold & wet weather, but better off than May 11 soybeans followed by dry conditions @OrtezCornCrops @tdill25 @Ohiosoycouncil @OSU_Agronomy #BattleForTheBelt

Corn & soy stand counts at Western Ag Research Station...Planted on April 13 and experienced cold weather & saturated soil. Corn ave 30-32 plants/ac. Soybean all over 100 plants/ac (except for our low seeding rate treatment...That was 50-70 plants/ac). @OrtezCornCrops @JoeDavlin
