America has a pro-racism party and an anti-racism party.
Once Democrats turn their malign attention toward your own group, it gets much harder to deny which is which.
I heard about this “Gulf War,” and asked “so…why dont we just kill Saddam Hussein?”
I was 4 then, but my common sense questions today get a similar reaction to that of my parents’ dinner guests at the time.
Big if true

David you are an idiot. Bryan Garner is an idiot. We have attorneys fees statutes not lawyers fees statutes.Nor do dictionaries Trump the First Amendment.
Never seen anything like this, and I’ve hardly ever seen a judicial offense bad enough to call for it so badly

The ACLU is a good example of an organization that is being hollowed out by activists who don't understand its real mission.
The goal is not to protect "vulnerable" communities.
The goal is to protect civil liberties.
NEW: The ACLU of Indiana is in turmoil after several of its most influential civil rights attorneys submitted their resignations in protest of the organization's direction under its board and incoming leader, multiple sources told @indystar . indystar.com/story/news/poli…

They lifted it from its home in an Army office in the Pentagon ... and dropped it.
Amazing.
If you're Virginian, you may not appreciate what's happened here.
Mood here is roughly that of the Persian diaspora the day after we got Khamenei.
I keep tripping over giddy munchkins.
Huzzah!

A thoughtful contribution to national debates over disparate impact.
Worth checking out.
New report from me on the future of the "disparate impact" doctrine -- focusing, especially, on two challenges to it: The Trump admin's attempt to address its constitutional issues, and the difficulty of applying antidiscrimination principles to AI hiring. manhattan.institute/article/…
