An Ohio church stunned their congregration after its leadership team announced they are living in a polygynous marriage. Prophetess Lydia Ford took the pulpit to introduce church minister Shakayla Ford as her husband’s second wife, revealing they have been privately wed for three years.
Pastor Prophet Israel T. Ford later defended the dynamics on social media, calling monogamy "unbiblical" and citing Old Testament scripture to support the union.

As Progressives we must recognise that millions of Nigerians are going through a difficult phase, and young people are searching for opportunities.
As we campaign for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, our message must not be rooted in arrogance. It must be rooted in empathy. We must listen to the pain of the people, acknowledge their challenges, and communicate hope with sincerity.
If we want Nigerians to trust our message, we must first show that we understand their realities and stand with them through difficult times.
Let our campaign be defined by compassion and a genuine commitment to a better future for Nigerians. #ReElectPresidentTinubu
