Today, we are celebrating Dr. Catherine Stephens on her final day as TCS Director of Schools. Dr. Stephens has spent the last six years as Director of Schools, leaving behind an enormous legacy not only here at Tullahoma City Schools but also in the Tullahoma community at large.
