.@tsnvaa - Predictive policing, which was rolled out in the mid-2000s, wasn’t even really developed for the United States, which has a high threshold for things like accountability and transparency. #techofpower
.@tsnvaa - The racially hostile relationships that American police had with vulnerablized communities, were weaponized to function as an isomorphic innovative domain for US imperial contexts. #techofpower
